Where is the event taking place?
Lakeside Shopping Center, 3301 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA 70002. The main entrance will be between Cheesecake Factory and Arhaus. Look for the Main Entrance Flag.

What time does the event start and end?
The Patron Party starts at 6:00pm-7:00pm in Arhaus. The Bicentennial Ball starts at 7:00pm-11:00pm.

Are there different ticket types available?
Yes, General Admission $150 or VIP Patron Party $250

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No tickets will not be sold at the door. You can only purchase the tickets online.

Is there a refund policy?
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

What should I wear?

The dress code for the Bicentennial Ball is semi-formal to formal. Red, white, or blue attire is preferred.

What food and beverages will be served?
Guests will enjoy offerings from over 40 restaurants, along with two specialty martini bars and five open bars. Open seating will be available for everyone to relax and savor the experience.

Are there any specific age restrictions?
Yes, this event is 21 and over.
 

Where should I park?

Parking will be available in the parking lot near the Cheesecake Factory and in the Arhaus parking lot. Additional parking is available near Dillard's with trolley service to the entrance.

Will there be a shuttle to the entrance? 

A trolley will be available at the pick-up location, marked with a Bicentennial logo banner flag. The trolley will drop you off at the Main Entrance for the event.

• Take exit 229 from I-10 W
